Its purpose is to share my experiences with some of the most interesting plants of this world. It is (hopefully) the first in a series of nature stacks which are designed to give the reader a little of the "nature spirit" back. Most indians have it. Many alternative hippie types are trying to regain it. Most people of the concrete cities and philistine suburbs have long lost it.

This special stack is dedicated to one of the most exclusive groups of plants, the orchids, their biology and their culture in the garden. Stacks with other plant families may follow in the future. Perhaps they can wake some interest and love for some of the most rare and endangered plants in this world.
