More Orchids for the garden culture

The systematic part of this stack shows most european and some american and asian orchid species. But there are many more species which can be cultivated in cooler climates. Below comes a list of them:

Amerorchis rotundifolia
A nice Orchis-like plant which grows in the bogs of Canada and Alaska. The blossoms are white with purple dots. It has only one leaf and a short rhizom. It can be cultivated in a Sphagnum bed and can survive even cold winters.

Amitostigma spec.
A group of small asian orchids with white, pink or blue blossoms and thin leaves. Recommended for greenhouse container culture in a mix of lime, Sphagnum and shredded beech leaves, no info available about outdoors culture. Most of these orchids grow in Japan.
